The Castillo Kids
The Castillo Kids are a kids band (Joey, Jessica, Julie) that started playing instruments since about 2006, when their Grandmother bought them guitars. They have been on Youtube from the very beginning. They started when they were about 5, 7, 9. I believe. They were first on Youtube in April of 2006. Before their old account got suspended they had about 8,000 subscribers. They started just posting for fun. When people started noticing them, they started doing request. They did all kinds of request from all different cultures. In fact, they sing in 8 languages and play 8 instruments.
After being online for a couple years, they got recognized by Rachel Ray, Oprah, Brighthouse Networks, Cricket Wireless, the Jonas Brothers (They won a contest and got a guitar and got to go to a concert), and the people that put together the Largest Beatles festival, Abbey Road on the River. Now they are growing up before their biggest fans eyes at 18, almost 16, and 14, with increasingly bigger venues and audiences.
The Castillo Kids, Joey 19, Kirkland 18, Jessica 16, and Julie 14 are a young and talented group of siblings that have been performing for over six years and are proud fifth generation musicians! They sing in 10 languages and play 8 instruments. The Castillo Kids have opened for George Lopez and performed for Luis Fonsi. They have a versatile song list and their music ranges from traditional Mariachi music to current top 40 music that appeals to all ages. The Castillo Kids perform for private events, music festivals, corporate events, SeaWorld’s Viva La Musica, Orlando’s House of Blues Downtown Disney and have worked for La Voz Kids Telemundo. Also seen on CBS The Early Show, The Rachel Ray Show, BrightHouse Networks, Fox 35 News, Al Dia Show, The Daily Buzz, Nippon TV Tokyo Japan and a National Cricket Commercial. They recently released the theme song for The Fireball Run “All Stars & Movie Cars” 11 Episode Season Series! “Fireball Run The Movie” Theme song written by “Jack D.
